Administrative History | The Tetrad Press was founded by Ian Tyson, to develop new relationships between the art and literature of the time. The Press was active from the late 1960s to the 1990s, however, the exact dates are not clear. Initially, the Press only published works that were a total collaboration between artists and poets. However, the remit broadened to include visual poetry, scores, prose and self-contained works by various artists. Publications by the Tetrad Press include works by Glen Baxter, Ian Tyson, Donato Cinicolo and Tom Phillips, and are held in a number of public and private collections throughout Europe and the USA. |
