- Folder 1: APG initial proposal on 'The working relationship of artists and other creative people relative to (local) authorities', c.1977; further proposals and applications to the Hammersmith Inner Area Programme and the Community Development Unit; correspondence re applications; papers on the Voluntary and Community organisations and the Asian Community Centre; information and published literature from Hammersmith and Fulham Council on the inner area programme and Hammersmith Centre Plan. The papers mainly cover activity 1979-1981 but also include later application forms for 1986-1987 and an annotated programme of 'The Missing Culture Conference' on Women in the arts and media organised by the House of Commons, 19 June 1988.
