| Description | In 1930 Wood spent time in both Cornwall and at Treboul, where he had a final intense and productive period. Although he was enjoying his most successful stage yet, he was deeply discontented and disturbed. The letters end shortly before his final journey back to England in August. He was killed by a train at Salisbury Station, shortly after meeting his mother and sister. Letters written from: Montevideo (Paris), London, Manchester and Treboul. |
