Description
Originally enclosing cheques.
Relating to :
- sales and expenses from Himid's 'African gardens' exhibition at the gallery. Pratiba and Shaheen have bought a painting (probably writer and filmmaker Pratibha Parmar and film producer Shaheen Haq); and
- the conversation between Smith and Himid planned to accompany Himid's 'Revenge' exhibition at the Royal Festival Hall, South Bank Centre, London.
Regrets that Himid 'found it necessary to write' to Smith about her 'professionalism'.
