| Arrangement | Loans in are arranged into registers and correspondence. The latter have been placed into chronological series which are then sub-divided alphabetically by the name of the lender. There is some overlap between the different chronological series.
A draft index to the files has been compiled and this has been used to enter catalogue details at file level where possible. However, the index has not been checked and therefore can only serve as a rough guide. It should be taken as being both incomplete and possibly inaccurate in parts. Further cataloguing work is due to be undertaken to remedy this. |
