| Description | Lucas' exhibition proposal has been accepted by Bonington Gallery, Nottingham Trent University, for Summer 1997. It was originally intended to accompany a conference at the university's Department of English and Media Studies. It will now also form part of the gallery's 1997 Festival, so 50% of work shown should be by former graduates. Lucas had proposed Himid, Sonia Lawson, Denise Weston, and a fourth artist, a sculptor, who was rejected.
