Description
Invites Himid to participate in a touring exhibition with the working title 'Transforming the crown : African, Asian and Caribbean Artists in Britain, 1966-1996), scheduled to open in October 1996 as part of the center's 20th anniversary celebration. The exhibition will explore the work of approximately 60 British artists of African and Asian descent.
Byrd will be in England around 9 August-3 September to discuss works.
