| Description | The installation shots of ‘Transmission’ were possibly taken in Butt’s studio at Goldsmiths college; there are photographs of works by other artists/students.
The file includes a series of photographs of the 1954 Penguin paperback edition of John Wyndham’s novel ‘The Day of the Triffids’ (1951). The cropped images focus on John Griffiths’ cover illustration. Wyndham’s book was one of the sources for ‘Transmission’.
File also includes blown-up photocopies of some photographs. |
